[ICIE Chronicles] “Peer-to-peer language mentoring, paths to interculturality”

Despite being a small-scale project, it shows promising results. The comprehensive and collaborative approach allows dynamic experiences of interculturality among pairs. Multilingualism in the project leads to multiculturalism, aligning with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which emphasizes language as a crucial aspect of culture and a means to access cultural expressions.

The Mentoring Language Project (MLP) is a mutually beneficial activity, ensuring satisfaction and benefits for mentors, mentees, and the IÉSEG community. It serves as a guiding thread for a more collectively aware academic environment.
