Language does not exist in isolation; it is intricately intertwined with the culture that nurtures it. Through a profound understanding of culture, learners of a foreign language gain a deeper and more nuanced perspective.
This article aims to showcase a project implemented in a Spanish LV2 class concerning the ‘Día de Muertos’. Through this presentation, we explain the significance of integrating culture into the Spanish classroom and illustrate its role as a catalyst for dialogue between Spanish and French speakers.
