Conference Focus: Intercultural competencies for a disruptive VUCA world: Exploring creativity, innovation, resilience & resistance in intercultural research, training & management
Where and when? IESEG School of Management in Paris/France, October 31st – November 2nd 2019.
The conference will feature an academic track and a practitioner track. Within the academic track, we invite proposals from potential panel leaders for panels around various sub-themes considering the overall conference theme. In addition to proposing the panel subtheme, panel leaders would contribute their own papers for the panel and solicit other high quality papers appropriate for the panel sub-theme. Panels would feature only academic papers that would go through the same peer review process before final selection.
Please send us an outline of your idea for a panel by the 31st January 2019. It should not exceed 500 words, include a rationale for the panel’s importance, and make clear which new insights the panel will draw together and how it relates to the overall conference theme: Intercultural competencies for a disruptive VUCA world. Please also attach a list of possible contributors to the outline.

Panels should consist of 3-6 papers. Please note that the list of contributors is indicative. Calls for papers for accepted panels will be published on the conference webpage and submissions to the panels are open and will be made via the conference submission system.
