This article outlines a course project conducted in our advanced French as a Foreign Language (FFL) classes, during which students hosted podcasts featuring interviews with French speakers who discussed their professional activities. The various stages of this project and its outcomes will be presented, drawing on research in educational sciences and interactional approaches in second language learning.
