Ingrid RICHARD

An Assistant Professor at IESEG for over 15 years, Ingrid is in charge of the People and Intercultural Competences Pole, where she coordinates the efforts of the school to promote the development of these skills.

Ingrid has a PhD in economics. She is MBTI certified and a qualified IDI administrator.   Since the creation of the People and Intercultural Competencies Pole in 2015, Ingrid currently coordinates more than 15 000 hours of classes per year and a team of 90 teachers and coaches, all dedicated to the task of developing IÉSEG School of Management from an international to an intercultural establishment.   Ingrid also teaches the Understanding Cultural Diversity course and she has launched the “Cultural Diversity Passport”, compulsory for bachelor students to study abroad as well as the “Cultural Diversity Certificate”, for master students who wants to go deeper.
