Felipe is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior. He obtained his PhD in Management from IESE Business School, Spain. His research interests include proactive work behavior, leadership, and cross-cultural management.
Felipe is broadly interested in understanding how people can engage in behaviors that can have a positive impact on themselves, their colleagues, and their work. He is currently studying how proactive individuals across-cultures can improve performance, innovation, and wellbeing in organizations. He seeks to use this knowledge to influence through his research and teaching, the experiences and relationships that people build at work. His work on employee proactivity has been published at the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Business Research. Felipe is originally from Chile, is married to a bicultural woman, and has a multi-cultural/multi-racial dog.
