Chavi (Chi-Yun) Chen is Assistant professor in International Negotiation and Sales. Her teaching and training covers Communication, Negotiation and Intercultural and Diversity Management while her research focuses on Business-to-Business management.
Chavi’s current research focuses on business network and innovation, specifically concerning the interaction among business network actors: how firm actors co-create value for innovation and how interaction dynamics change among network firm actors at intra-firm, inter-firm and network levels. She also conducts research in the domain of key account management in emerging markets; i.e. formal and informal relationship management, and in the domain of language impact in MNCs. Her industrial experience since 1995, involved sales service training, market exploration, patent and trademark consultation, communication technology development and online business consultation and promotion.
