Jingjing Yao is Assistant Professor in International Negotiation. He obtained his PhD of Organization Management at Peking University, China. His research interests include negotiation, trust, creativity, and cross-cultural studies.
In his research, Jingjing combines micro and macro methodologies to understand people’s social interactions within and across cultures. His research findings have been published in international journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Chinese Management Studies, etc. He has taught classes about culture and negotiation in North America, East Asia, and Europe.
