Carmen Campillo is originally from Guadix (Granada), Spain. She studied Translation and Spanish philology in the UGRA (University of Granada) and completed her Master’s degree in Lille 3, France. Carmen is now a Spanish senior teaching fellow.
Currently Carmen is Head of the Languages Department and Multicultural Projects Track Coordinator. She focuses her research on literature, anthropology and cinema. She is working on the Spanish cinema of the 1940s-50s. She completed her PhD in Art and Litterature (Anthropology of Cinema) at the University of Artois in December 2017.
